* This job opportunity is for temporary, full time position commencing on 08/02/2025 to 08/01/2026. Monsday to Friday from 08:00Am to 05:00PM for one (1) ORDER ANALYST and is open to all US eligible workers.
*Basic Wage Rate is $10.53 per hour. Payroll deductions: FICA Tax (SS and medicare tax) and other payroll woithholding taxes such as CNMI Chapter 2 and Chapter 7 withholding taxes.
* Fringe Benefit: Workers compensation provided by the employer free of charge.
*Three-Fourhs Guarantee: As required by 20 CFR 655.423(f), workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to atleast three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workdayafter the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
* Transportation and Subsistence: As required by 20 CFR 655.423 (j) (l), if the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to th eplace of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the workers's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported aworker's voluntary abondoneent of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier fo the distances involved.
